Heartland Chapter 2019 Board of Directors Announcement

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors. 

Hayley Quade - Vice President of Technology

Hayley is a Business Analyst who joined TD Ameritrade in November 2017. Her primary focus is on Technology and Education. Hayley has spent the last year working with the Content Intelligence Platform, The TD Ameritrade Education site, and most recently Ticker Tape.

Hayley is an Agile Advocate and Scrum Master certified.  Hayley is passionate about collaborating with others and increasing technology awareness. Every day she is striving to implement strategic and innovative ways to make Online Education more efficient. 

Andrew Skea - Vice President of Professional Development

Andrew is an IT Business Systems Analyst with the State of Nebraska and has been in his position for 5 ½ years.  He currently works under Information Systems & Technology within the Department of Health & Human Services Medicaid and Long Term Care Division.

Andrew has a passion for constant learning and development and enjoys helping others learn and apply business analysis skills and concepts.  In this position, his goal is to leverage different learning techniques and methods to promote individual growth and expertise in the application of business analysis that encourages all business analysts to pursue certification and lifelong learning and development.


With the appointment of Hayley and Andrew to these positions, the current Board of Directors consists of:

One posiiton still remains vacant and members are encouraged to consider stepping forward in helping fill this position.  On-the-job training provided!

Call for Heartland Chapter Conference Chairs and Volunteers

This year marks our Heartland Chapter’s 10th Annual Conference which is being held Thursday, September 19.  Planning is in progress but we are looking for additional Conference Chairs and Volunteers. 

If you, or someone you know, are looking for an opportunity to lead and influence the success of the Chapter by helping with the Conference or serving on the Board, please contact Erik Laessig or any of the Board of Directors for more information.
