Seeking Nominations for Heartland Chapter Board of Directors

The Heartland Chapter of the IIBA is now accepting nominations for the following Board of Director positions for the 2019-2020 term:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Vice President of Professional Development
  • Vice President of Communication and Marketing
  • Vice President of Technology
  • Vice President of Membership (2019 Term only)

Note: The Vice President of Membership position expires this year but was shifted to  the new election rotating schedule due to the recent bylaw changes.  Therefore, the election for this position covers the one-year gap to adjust to the new schedule.

We urge you to take a few moments to consider nominating yourself or a colleague (with their permission) for any one of these positions. The duties and responsibilities for these positions can be found in the Chapter Bylaws.  All nominees must be an IIBA member in good standing.

Additionally, feel free to reach out to any of the Board of Directors if you have questions regarding the open positions or would like further insight on what serving on the Board means to them.

Nominations for any of these positions can be sent to:  heartlandchapterelections@heartlandiiba.org. Please identify the position, name of the person being nominated, and brief summary of their qualifications.

All nominations must be submitted by November 15 for a candidate to be identified on the voting ballot.

Member voting for these positions will take place from November 19th through November 30th.

Election results will be published via email to all members as well as updated on social media and the Heartland Chapter website.

** The Chapter is also looking for two individuals to oversee the election process.  If you would like to volunteer for this activity, please reach out to Bob Gregory. **
