This session takes a close look at the three common characteristics of the indispensible team member – from communication, to interpersonal interactions, to follow-through, relationship building, and trust.  This class allows participants to reflect on their own skills and habits, and gain valuable tools to mastering the essentials of being essential.

Through anecdotes, stories, examples, skill practice, and individual and small group activities, this session allows participants to reflect on their own skills and habits, and identify improvements they need to make in order to become an essential and indispensible team member.
